30 Day Replacement Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in the case of a damaged product, or a manufacturing error.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us of the issue immediately upon receipt of the item. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To request a replacement, click the Report a Problem link in the delivery confirmation email from customer@trackorder.site. You will be asked to provide a photo of the product, along with other information.
If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement product free of charge, shipped via the same method used in the original order.

Courtesy Refunds
We may at times, at our own discretion, agree to provide a refund. To request a refund, please email us at weareservantbrand@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
